LICENSE AGREEMENT:

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using the software. By using the software you indicate that you accept the present license agreement.

Trial Version

You may use trial version for 30 days (TRIAL period). After the end of that period you have to purchase the registered version, if you want to continue using this product.

Registered Version

The registered version includes:

full-featured copy of the software (for details see the software page);

free lifetime e-mail support;

free version updates;

royalty free runtime.

Copyright

The software is owned by Softvector.com, and its structure and code are the valuable trade secrets of Softvector.com. You must not divulge the source code, structure or design to any third party organization or individual. Unless you purchase the source code of the software, you agree not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the software.

If you purchase the source code of the software, you may modify it to meet your specific needs. However you must not remove the Softvector copyright notices in the source code for the software. For those source files you modify you may include your own copyright notice as well as retaining the softvector copyright notice. Softvector.com will make no claim over the source code modifications you make.

No Warranty

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE SOFTWARE IS SUPPLIED ON AN "AS-IS" BASIS, AND SOFTVECTOR COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, AS TO NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL SOFTVECTOR COMPANY BE LIABLE TO LICENSEE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS, EVEN IF REPRESENTATIVES OF SUCH PARTIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY.

Transfer & Termination of Use

You may not rent, lease, sublicense, lend or sell the software.

LICENSE TYPES:

Single Developer License

A single developer license entitles a single developer to install and use the product on one machine.

Site Developer License

A site developer license entitles all developers within the purchasing organization and located at the same business address to install and use the product. This includes developers within the purchasing organization who telecommute from home or other locations outside the purchasing organization.

Royalty Free

Please note that all developer components have royalty free runtimes. This means that you may freely distribute the product with your application.
